Simply send an email to let us know, send the player back within 7 days of receipt (in the same condition as you received it) and we'll rush you a full, no hassle refund for the total amount you paid (excluding shipping).

To make things even easier, we also offer a 12 month warranty on your purchase. It's simple: if your DVD player proves to be faulty within 12 months from purchase, send it back and we will replace or repair it. Just ship* the player back to us with all parts, accessories, proof or purchase and an explanation of the problem. This warranty does not cover any damage, theft or loss, as determined by the seller.

Payment is required within 7 days of auction's end. Secure payment is available via PayPal or Direct Deposit. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing. Item will only be shipped by Registered Post. Express Post (still registered) is always available at standard Australia Post charges. 1) Source quality goods from quality manufacturers. cheap labour and parts. Over the years we have developed long lasting relationships with a number of manufacturers, who have given us great prices on products for the Australian market place.

2) Bypass the middleman – we don't like to give him our money, so we don't. We deal directly with manufacturers at all times and pay accordingly.

3) Pass the savings on to you, so you don't have to pay the (ridiculous) retail price across the counter.
